Signature Box Help

If you are using a computer, you can draw your signature in the signature box using your mouse. Be sure to press the left button on a Windows computer. If you are using a device with a touchscreen, such as a phone or tablet, you can use your finger to draw your signature. If your signature still does not appear, please try again. If the issue persists, it may be due to a problem with your web browser that is preventing the signature box from displaying correctly.

You can try these workarounds in your web browser, one at a time, to fix the signature box.

  1. Please disable any ad blockers and attempt to reaccess the page.
  2. Try disabling any installed browser extensions and reload the page.
  3. Please turn on incognito mode and try again. For more information on how to do this, please refer to this link.
  4. If none of above steps help, please use a different web browser.
